I've noticed many people just spam 'kill dude' using either copy/paste or M* features (up arrow enter) 10+ times as they're following someone in the 'flee phase' of CS combat.
I don't like this, so I have added a check to the kill command -- everytime you type 'kill dude' and the dude isn't there it adds a 1 second (stackable) delay to the next time you can type kill.
I don't really like this solution either, as it may bring about more problems than it solves. So I would like very much to have any ideas about how to "reform" the 'flee phase' of combat -- keeping in mind it needs to work "fairly" against not only 1 on 1 fights but 10 on 1 fights.
