Brethren of the Fallen

A variety of heavily made-up pasty Gothic groups roam the streets, from slumming depressed angsty megacorporation arcology raised troubled teenagers rebelling against their parents to the darker members of the breed. The Brethren of the Fallen, if real, represent the member of that latter extreme.

Rumours circulate around this fabled group, whisperings of blood rituals, all-seeing powers of mind control and other vampire abilities. Whether they are a bunch of heavily cybered up wackos living a cyberpsychosis-induced fantasy at the hands of their twisted masters or truly something much more horrible remains to be discovered.
